Nutrition and Health Coach

In April 2016 I joined an accountability group where I receive daily support, motivation, recipes, and tips to keep moving toward a healthy lifestyle. I did the 21 Day Fix Extreme along with clean eating and Shakeology.  As a result, I lost half an inch to an inch everywhere, have my first six pack, and am in the best shape of my life.  The support group really helped keep me on track and motivated.  As a musician, I am no stranger to the great things you can accomplish with a little discipline and consistency.  These skills can do amazing things for your health too.

After such a great experience, I’ve decided to pay the gift of health and fitness forward and become a coach.  My hope is to help others reach their goals and provide customized support, accountability, and to share what is working for me with you.  Here is my site for more detailed information.
